Happy Friday everyone and welcome :-) It's been a week where Melbourne's four seasons in one day reputation has been on show once again. We've had everything from thunder storms and rain to a Spring heatwave - and plenty of drama in between.
But at last it's Friday and we have a new challenge at Just Add Ink. This week we have a very elegant and pretty colour combination for you from Patrice. You are welcome to add more neutrals or some metallics to complete your projects too and our lovely design team had a lot of fun with this and we hope that you will too :-)
Whilst the sentiment stamp is all in line, it is easy to seperate the words with masking.
Card stock: Whisper White (thick and standard), Smoky Slate, Basic Black, Fresh Fig, Vellum, Silver Glimmer
Ink: Fresh Fig
Stamps: Home For Christmas
Accessories: Big Shot, Hometown Greetings Thinlits, Starlight thinlits, Silver Faceted Gems, Metallic Sequins Assortment
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you can take a moment to pop on over to Just Add Ink and see all the amazing cards from the design team and I look forward to seeing what you will create with these gorgeous colours too!
Happy stamping until next time,
Jan
Love it Jan! The star is lovely in these colours and your staggered sentiment is very cool! xx
ReplyDeleteYour card is gorgeous, Jan! I especially love the layered snowflake - so pretty!
ReplyDeleteJust lovely Jan - such a fabulous glimmering star, love that you separated the sentiment - it connects up all the elements! xxx
ReplyDeleteThis is such a fab design Jan. Love the sparkly star and the sentiment placement.
ReplyDeleteLove the big sparkly star in the sky above your village, lovely design!
ReplyDeleteSimply gorgeous, Jan. I love the sparkly star over the village and how stunning your silver accents look with the Smoky Slate.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely combination of different elements, Jan. I love the bold sparkly star with the trailing sentiment, leading you to the village underneath. Clever!
ReplyDeleteHugs, D
I haven't used Fig yet either I don't think....I was really hoping to get a card made for this challenge, but I've been time challenged lately :(
ReplyDeleteThat big sparkly star is fabulous. Great card! x
