It's time for our new challenge at Just Add Ink and this week Nikki has suggested a fun Colour challenge with a twist for us. Yes, YOU get to choose the third colour to add to Poppy Parade and Powder Pink!! The design team had a ball with this one and created a fabulous variety of cards with lots of different colour choices so we hope that you do too.
For my third colour, I chose Navy (Not Quite Navy to be exact) as I had these lovely vases from Vibrant Vases in mind for a first inking. I also needed a card for my fabulous SIL who just happens to be an excellent photographer and painter in her spare time so that is where the idea for the frame came from and the rest just sort of happened as it often does.
So as not to add another colour apart from the basics and metallics, the leaves are gold - and sparkly as I used a gold Wink of Stella pen 😀 The flowers are coloured with ink pads and a Blender Pen which is not a method I'm practiced at so it's good to do. This new ribbon is a white version of the Burlap and I suspect it will get a lot of use as it can be coloured.

Happy stamping until next time,
Jan
Gorgeous card, Jan! I love how the pinks really pop against the navy.
