Hello and welcome! We are blog hopping over at Social Stamping and this week Kelly has set the theme as "War & Peace" as today is ANZAC Day here in Australia and NZ.
Kelly and I are on a design team together and when she kindly offered to blog host I was really thrilled to be asked and to be able to share with you in this awesome concept! It's such a great way to keep us connected, sharing and in these different and rather uncertain times it is a blessing to be able to have something to look forward to each week!!
You may have arrived here from the lovely Julia Quinn and her gorgeous project and you can also hop around all the different posts by clicking on the Next button at the bottom of the page on each blog.
For my "War & Peace" project I have chosen to focus on ANZAC Day and in particular, poppies. I grew up in NZ, where it is also called poppy day and have memories of wearing poppies each year to thank both my grandfathers as well as all those who served for our countries. Of course I've used the gorgeous Painted Poppies set, which is just perfect for today....and created a Twisted Easel card. It stands up for impact but folds flat for easy mailing.
Thanks so much for popping by and next you're off to see the stunning projects the lovely Sheila Pybus has made! Enjoy your hopping around blog land 😊
